Posture Flow Experience the joy of linking yoga postures to create a fluid flow of movement and stillness. We’ll explore the challenge of both classical and contemporary vinyasas (posture-flow sequences). Expand your yogic understanding and skill by learning variations of postures, both from the Indian and Chinese traditions of yoga. Ultimately, you’ll be given the guidance and freedom to let spontaneous yoga forms emerge from within yourself inspired by the moment. Breathing and Sounding Breathing is your most personal, immediate, and powerful connection to your present state of being – physically, psychologically, and energetically.
